Selling t-shirts and 50/50 raffle tickets at home games (not during your son’s game)
Organizing/helping with events (fundraising, senior night, banquet, etc.)
Hosting a team dinner
Taking photos or videotaping during a game
Providing snacks for away games
Membership fee: $25.00 per year (per family) optional
The Arizona Tax Credit Program (A.R.S. 43-1089.01) allows any Arizona taxpayer to donate up to $400* to a school of their choice in support of extracurricular programs and get their entire donation back in the form of a tax credit. Contributions must be postmarked by December 31 of the year to which you want to apply your tax credit.
*Individuals and couples filing jointly may take advantage of this tax credit. A maximum of $200 can be deducted per individual tax return, or couples filing a joint return may deduct a maximum of $400.
The Corona del Sol Boys Basketball Booster Club supports the boys' teams through fundraising efforts such as: creating a program and distributing it at home games; organizing a parent meeting at the beginning of the season, senior night, and the team banquet at the end of the season; purchasing needed items for the team that the school doesn't provide (such as equipment, shirts, sweats, and awards); pays for the summer league and for part of the summer varsity team camp; and schedules team dinners for the players.
We welcome you to support the Corona del Sol Basketball Program through the non-profit group of the Booster Club which provides financial and fan support for the basketball teams. Your involvement is optional -- yet very much appreciated!
